6c. Pro forma - Council Resolution: Infrastructure development

RESOLUTION OF THE ……………..TLC

At a meeting of the ……………….. TLC held on …………………………………. day of……………………… 2000 at …………………………………… in the district of …………………………………….. the ………………….. resolved that:

1. the funds granted to the ……… TLC will be used for the sole purpose of the development of the infrastructure as stipulated in the Assessment report (Appendix…) with the poor/disadvantaged residents receiving preference;

2. the project/work will be completed within……………. as stipulated in the application of funds (Appendix …);

3. the Commonage management committee will certify that the infrastructure has been put in place, as specified/set out in the application of funds;

4. the ………………..TLC accepts the responsibility to maintain and manage the infrastructure; and

5. the commonage land on which the infrastructure has been developed will be administered in terms of Municipal/Provincial Ordinance …….. of ….. . (i.e. The appropriate TLC’s legislation).
